In this webinar, you will get an introduction about how you can empower your students using the sociocratic election of class representative to strengthen youth leadership and the class community at the same time. Why are we doing this webinar in early in the year if the class representative elections are not until beginning of the new school year? A sociocratic election is more than just a simple vote. Good preparation for this is very helpful, which you can also incorporate at the end of school or start right at the beginning of school.
